2. select option 3 (Self Help/Reversal)
3. Select the option to submit a reversal
4. Enter full approval code. For example PP201052.5485.F2254
5. Submit and confirm.
6. After that, ask the other person to Accept a reversal by dialing *150#>>option 3>>Accept reversal
