How to reverse Ecocash transactions
- Dial *150#
- select option 3 (Self Help/Reversal)
- Select the option to submit a reversal
- Enter full approval code. For example PP201052.5485.F2254
- Submit and confirm.
- After that, ask the other person to Accept a reversal by dialing *150#>>option 3>>Accept reversal
