If brushing your teeth twice or thrice a day isnt helping wipeout your bad breath try this. You simply need to swish around a mouthful of coconut oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes before cleaning your teeth.
Eat dark, leafy greens and vitamin c.
Try peppermint, peppermint tea and pepperment oil and you will get over it.
Minimize exposure to water.Give your nails a break from polish.Avoid drying products.
Honey softens and moisturizes dry skin.. should be applied directly to the affected areas.
Try hot water bottles, painkillers and stretching.And the most important is Vitamin D. You should have high doses of vitamin D five days before your expected period.
Avoid products with caffein as caffein increases adrenaline in the body which can cause stress.
Turmeric( a herb) will do the work. Drink turmeric tea or sprinkle it over your food when cooking.
After a night out drinking, our body needs potassium, phosphorus and calcium. So try bananas and coconut water-as it is a powerful hydrator.
Try apple cider vinegar.
The apple cider vinegar i mentioned above will do the work.
Low magnesium levels in your body will build up of lactic acid causing pain and tightness in your muscles. use supplements as well as epsom salt when relaxing in your tub.
Increase your intake of magnesium, vitamins, folic acid, iron, calcium and protein.
Increasing your intakes of fish oil and vitamin c might help.
Rub raw sliced potato under your arms.
Soak your feet in a mixture of water, baking soda and lemon to control odor, kill bacteria and fungus, and soften your skin
Do the same for smelly feet. As well as applying oil after cleaning as a moisturizer. Vasseline works well.
Silica and zinc are key for beautiful, shiny hair. eat foods with silica and zinc.
wet your hair and apply baking soda into your scalp and rinse.
Eat foods high in omega 3 which nourishes the hair shaft and the cell membranes in your scalp. salmon is high in omega 3.
Incorporate more health fats into your diet.
Acupuncture ( theinsertion of needles into living tissue, especially for remedial purposes), and obviously you need a doctor for this.
