Currently, Star-link is not licensed to work in Zimbabwe but you can order it and register using an address of a licensed county eg Zambia.

Eith this method, you will be on regional roaming and it will cost you $150 per month- unlimited. If you need more info, comment here and I will update the answer

As of now, starlink is now licensed in Zimbabwe through Chivhayo’s company.
