The details you are providing are wrong!
Make sure you:
1. Enter the correct name starting with surname. If your child have a second name, just write initial only
2. Make sure candidate number and center number is correct- verify with statement of entry
3. Make sure you are on the right platform. Different provinces have different portals on Zimsec website
4. Make sure Date of birth is correct and in this format dd/mm/yyyy
