Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 units cloves garlic minced
  • 1 unit Lemon (optional, for squeezing over salad)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Lettuce: Rinse the romaine lettuce thoroughly, pat dry, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Make Croutons (if not store-bought): Toss cubed bread with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Assemble the Salad: In the large bowl, combine the lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Add Dressing: Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve: Optional – Squeeze lemon juice over the top for added freshness.
