A defence lawyer in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial is accusing the state of an unfair trial.
The state has still not furnished the defence with all outstanding documents.
The trial was adjourned on Monday, with the same complaint.
The defence wants phone records and bank statements and accuses the state of withholding information.
The trial is set to resume on Thursday.
