Gauteng Education MEC Matome Chiloane is urging School Governing bodies to play a greater supporting role.

That’s as newly elected SGBs start their work in earnest.

However, there’s growing concern about overall discipline and violence rearing its head yet again– with a Johannesburg school in the spotlight this week.
