Decline Lula Lula Among Gen Zers
According to a recent survey by California University in 2021, 38% of people aged 18-30 reported not having relations in a year. Experts caution that abstaining from lula lula for extended periods can have detrimental effects on their genitalia.
Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn, a sex and relationship expert, explained that most people need affection, touch, and sexual connections with others. Without these, mental health can deteriorate, leading to increased anxiety, sadness, and stress.

How Not Having Lula Lula Causes Private Parts to Shrink
For men, prolonged lack of lula lula may result in a rare condition called penile atrophy. Dr Suwinyattichaiporn explains this occurs when the penile tissue becomes less elastic, causing a man’s joystick to shrink by 1-2 centimetres.
Her warning was echoed by Tobias Kohler, an assistant professor of urology at Southern Illinois University, who states that without regular erections, a man’s joystick will lose elasticity and become smaller.
In more severe cases, both men and women may experience vaginal/penile atrophy and pain during lula lula after going at least five years without intercourse. Additionally, lack of ejaculation may increase the risk of prostate cancer, as regular ejaculation helps flush out harmful chemicals that build up in semen.

How Lula Lula Helps Prevent Prostate Cancer
A 2016 study found that men who ejaculated at least 21 times a month had a lower risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those who ejaculated four to seven times a month. For women, lack of sexual activity can cause vaginal atrophy, leading to discomfort and pain during intercourse. Regular sexual activity increases blood flow, lubrication, and elasticity of vaginal tissues, preventing these issues.
Experts continue to study the exact timeline for the development of penile and vaginal atrophy. Still, the consensus is clear: regular intercourse is important for both mental and physical health.
