Popular Mzansi media personality, radio and TV presenter, reality TV star, and businessman, Somizi Mhlongo still believes in love despite several failed romances and a marriage behind him. This is why he has unashamedly proclaimed his love for The Ultimatum SA star Nkateko Mahange.

The Netflix reality TV star has made headlines over his messy relationship with his partner and baby mama Khanya Nqolase.

Followers of Nkateko were shocked to see the celeb’s bold proclamation.

@fionaobeng: “Puma, Satan.”

@toivo_83: “Haaibo, let him rest a bit. From one fire to another would kill him.”

@ckunusual1: “Bathong, you’re not scared of Khanya?”

Like Nkateko, Somizi has had his own volatile relationships.

The TV and radio star was previously married to Mohale Motaung. However, their union was short-lived after Mohale accused his older lover of domestic abuse.

Meanwhile, Nkateko has revealed that he is no longer dating Khanya after their appearance on The Ultimatum SA reunion episode last month.

The couple – who recently welcomed a son together – reconciled after filming but called it quits in recent months.

Nkateko

Nkateko shared on his Instagram account: “I’m finally able to share with you an update on what’s been really happening between Khanya and I. After shooting The Ultimatum SA in March 2023, we discovered Khanya was pregnant, even though we had already decided to separate around April of 2023.

The couple went through therapy together but ultimately decided against a romantic relationship.

He continued: “Watching the series a day….made us realize even more that there were deeper issues we needed to address within ourselves. We recognized that we also may have fueled a trauma bond, fluctuating between lovers, friendship, and enmity, often feeling more like ourselves when apart”.

Things took a turn for the worse after an “altercation.”

He continued: “Following a recent altercation, legal measures were necessary to facilitate potential co-parenting. We’re relying on faith, therapy, and personal growth to overcome what we’ve been through”.

In the comment section, Nkateko liked messages about him ending the “toxic relationship.”

He responded to one follower: “I’ll be fine. God and my family have helped me heal and move on with my life. I am not looking back for anyone or anything.”
