Captioning the picture, Baba Harare argued that if they had listened to all the criticism thrown their way, they wouldn’t have grown into the men they are today.

“If we listened to all the criticism and negativity thrown our way we wouldn’t have grown into the men we are. In this day and age of content farming, rage baiting and virtue signaling please stand guided.”

He emphasized the distinction between social media and real-life interactions. Addressing those who had opined that they were no longer close friends, Baba Harare stated that their history is intertwined and that they are family, “till death do them part”.

Social media and real life are separate entities. Our history is too intertwined for there to be any animosity between us. We are family till death does us part. Imi munhu akakuona wakapfeka vhesi reyellow nejombo hombe haasi wekutamba naye. So to the speculaters and gossip mongers rest henyu. We are good over here 🙏🏿.”
