Wicknell Chivayo-Linked South African Company Exposed: Pictures of Secret Meetings Revealed

Ren-Form CC, a South African company, has found itself in hot water. The company has been linked to three Zimbabwean businessmen – Wicknell Chivayo, Mike Chimombe, and Moses Mpofu – who are under investigation.

The company, implicated in the Zimbabwe Election Commission (ZEC) procurement scandal, has denied any business dealings or knowledge of the three Zimbabwean businessmen.

This statement comes as the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission (ZACC) is investigating the trio for alleged theft of trust property and money laundering. The investigation began after a contractual dispute arose among the three over the supply of election materials to ZEC.

Denial of Business Dealings

Allegedly, through Chivayo, Chimombe, and Mpofu, Ren-Form CC secured tender deals from ZEC worth millions without adhering to due process.

In a statement that was widely circulated on social media, Ren-Form CC vehemently denied any involvement or connection with Chivayo, Chimombe, and Mpofu. The company claimed it had no knowledge of or relationship with the trio regarding ZEC.

Additionally, the company dismissed the claims made by Chimombe and Mpofu as baseless.

“At Ren-Form, we are outraged by these allegations, and we would like to set the record straight in terms of the claims made by the two gentlemen concerned, which have completely no basis. We confirm that we do not know these gentlemen and have no relationship whatsoever nor any agreement of any sort with these gentlemen relating to ZEC or any other matter.”
