Vice President Constantino Chiwenga’s wife, Minnie Baloyi, has spoken as some Zimbabweans nudge her over Marry Mubaiwa.
The Embattled Ex-Wife
Marry Mubaiwa, the estranged wife of VP Chiwenga, is back in the spotlight due to her deteriorating health. Recently, she underwent the traumatic amputation of her left leg. The procedure was necessary because her leg could not be saved due to gangrene.

Marry was diagnosed with acute lymphoedema and spontaneous formation of abscesses, which caused large open wounds on her arms and legs. In September 2022, doctors severed her right arm.
Despite her critical condition, local courts have repeatedly insisted on her attending hearings, even when it was evident that her ailment prevented her active participation. On some occasions, she arrived in court by ambulance, and once, her trial was postponed after she started vomiting in the dock.
Marry has been failing to get treatment in South Africa because of her court case. In 2019, she faced allegations of attempting to murder Chiwenga while he was receiving medical treatment in South Africa.

As Zimbos feel sorry for Marry Mubaiwa, they decided to approach the VP’s new wife, Minnie Baloyi.
The army colonel shared a picture earlier. One Facebook user, Nyasha, slid into the comments of one of her post and asked her to talk to her husband so he could forgive Marry:
