Toya Delazy says she prefers AKA to Cassper Nyovest

Toya Delazy regrets collaborating with Cassper Nyovest, on the song titled, My City.

Nyovest featured on the song years ago, and it’s the favourite of some of Toya’s fans.

The London-based artist caused a stir after revealing on X that she would have preferred to work with AKA on the aforementioned song.

“Yeah, waste of a good song. I could have got Aka, but I was young and wasn’t thinking, should have followed Sony’s direction with this one, my heart was too big, and I gave a chance to a vile person. But I’m glad you dig it,” she wrote.

Cassper’s offense isn’t known, but Toya Delazy revealed that she’s forgiven him.

“I forgive him. I spoke to my Uber driver who gave me a lesson in forgiveness, I forgive him & I forgive myself for letting it happen to me. I will never get an apology, the forgiveness is for me, to heal. I’m learning a very hard lesson in forgiveness, but I surrender universe.”
