A disturbing video has emerged on social media showing two touts wrestling with a police officer who is hanging onto the door of a moving kombi as the driver attempts to drive away.

The video clip has sparked widespread reactions, with many criticizing the police officer’s conduct as unprofessional, while others are calling for the immediate arrest of the driver and the touts.

Video Emerges: Police Officer Clings to Moving Kombi Amidst Touts & Driver’s Resistance

The footage shows a police officer clinging to the door of a moving kombi. Two touts are forcibly wrestling with him, attempting to pull him off the vehicle. The kombi driver continues driving as this unfolds. One of the touts can be heard telling the police officer to let go and get off the kombi.

In response, the officer explains he can’t because the vehicle is moving and repeatedly asks the driver to stop. However, the driver refuses to stop. After driving for a few meters, the driver eventually slows down, and the police officer gets off the kombi.

Throughout the incident, worried passengers can be heard voicing their concerns.

Some social media users accused the police officer of being unprofessional, arguing that he should have followed due protocol instead of hastily attempting to board the kombi, potentially risking his own life and the safety of passengers.
