Axed uMkhonto weSizwe party MP’s will continue fighting the termination of their party membership in court next month.
The ten Members of Parliament who were also booted from the National Assembly, are now fighting to be reinstated.
They filed an urgent application at the Western Cape High Court against the National Assembly Speaker and the MK Party.
Presiding Judge Nathan Erasmus postponed the matter for all parties to present their case in open court on 3 September.
