EFF Gears Up for Third Elective Conference with Strong Delegate Participation

As the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) prepare for their third elective conference in December, party president Julius Malema announced that the majority of delegates have successfully registered to attend. The event, scheduled for December 12-15 at the Nasrec Expo Centre in Johannesburg, will feature the election of new leaders and a review of party policies.

Malema highlighted that over 2,500 members from branches across the country will participate, with 95% of delegates already registered across all nine provinces. “All delegates are set to receive their accreditation at the University of Johannesburg on December 12,” he confirmed.

To qualify, only branches that secured more than 10% of the vote in their districts during the May 29 elections are eligible to attend. The EFF’s leadership is currently conducting a walkabout at the Nasrec Expo Centre to ensure everything is in place for the upcoming National People’s Assembly.
