Simba Bhora captain Walter Musona has been named the 2024 Castle Lager Soccer Star of the Year. Musona received the prestigious award at a ceremony held in Harare on Friday evening.

The winner was determined through an online voting process involving a panel of journalists, coaches, and club captains.

Highlanders’ Lynoth Chikuhwa claimed the Golden Boot Award after finishing the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League with 17 goals. He also secured second place in the race for Soccer Star of the Year.

Meanwhile, Yadah’s Khama Billiat earned the Fans’ Choice Award, with supporters voting him as their favorite player. Billiat also finished third in the Soccer Star of the Year rankings.
