Ngezi Platinum Stars Reward Outstanding Players

Ngezi Platinum Stars hosted their 2024 Annual Awards Ceremony at Baobab Stadium in Ngezi on Friday afternoon, recognizing the achievements of their players across multiple teams. Despite a season of mixed results, the club also marked a significant milestone with the establishment of their women’s team.
The senior team finished third in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League and reached the finals of the 2024 Chibuku Super Cup, though they were ultimately runners-up. Additionally, the team made their debut in the CAF Champions League but were eliminated in the preliminary round.
At the awards ceremony, Ngezi Platinum Stars honored players from the senior team, the development side, and the women’s team. Here are the award winners:
