Mighty Warriors Conclude 2024 with Low FIFA World Ranking

The Mighty Warriors have learned their final FIFA World Ranking for 2024, following the release of the official rankings on Friday.
The national women’s team participated in the 2024 COSAFA Women’s Championship last month, where they played two matches. Despite securing one victory, they were unable to advance beyond the group stage of the tournament.
Zimbabwe ends the year ranked 127th in the world, marking their joint-second worst ranking in history. On the African continent, the Mighty Warriors are ranked 20th.
Nigeria holds the top spot in Africa, while the USA remains the number one team globally.
