Zimbabwean International Tawanda Maswanhise was on target for his club, Motherwell FC in a Scottish Premier Soccer League game against Falkirk, last night.
Maswanhise opened the scoring sheet with a 23rd minute strike, which, however wasnt enough to warrant his team a win.
Falkirk responded with two goals in the second half, eventually ending the match 2-1.
Maswanhise has now scored eight goals for his club so far this season.
Meanwhile, social media fans have reacted to his performance while many expressed frustration over the passport controversy that kept him out of the Warriors’ World Cup qualifier clash against Lesotho on Monday.
The Warriors went on to lose the game 1-0 to Lesotho.
The Scotland-based player, was dropped from the national team lineup on Monday after his Zimbabwean passport reportedly went missing.
