Chipezeze addresses supporters after rewarding Carling Black Label campaign


Magesi FC goalkeeper Elvis Chipezeze has paid tribute to his fans and supporters after being named Player of the Match in last night’s Carling Black Label Knockout Cup clash against Orlando Pirates.

Magesi lost 2-1.

And for his expoits, the Warriors goal-keeper, was rewarded R100,000.

This becomes his 6th Player of the Match award in the tournament.

Chipezeze said that the encouragement and support from fans played a key role in motivating him and his teammates.

“Thank you again for the love and support you guys have shown throughout the competition. Your constant support and encouragement really pushed us to do better. Enjoy the rest of the competition and see you soon,” he said in a Facebook post.

Meanwhile, fans across social media praised his performance.
