Relegation battle takes centre stage as Castle Lager Premier Soccer League enters penultimate round

The focus will shift to the relegation battle this weekend as the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League enters its penultimate round.

The championship race was settled on Matchday 32 when Scottland FC clinched the title after a commanding 5-1 victory over Kwekwe United, reaching an unassailable 65 points.

Heading into Matchday 33, only the top eight teams on the latest standings are guaranteed safety, while nine clubs will be fighting to avoid relegation.

Kwekwe United are the only team already relegated ahead of this round.

All Matchday 33 fixtures will kick off simultaneously on Saturday.
