Triangle United coach Genesis Mangombe has admitted that his team hold an advantage over Dynamos ahead of the 2025 Chibuku Super Cup final on Saturday afternoon.
The match will be played at Gibbo Stadium, Triangle’s home ground, starting at 3 pm CAT.
Speaking ahead of the final, Mangombe said he is hoping to use the brutal Lowveld conditions to his team’s benefit.
“Playing at home will give us a lot of advantages,” the gaffer told NewsDay.
“It’s very hot and humid this part of the country, so we are going to make sure that we use it to our advantage.
“We also know the turf because we are used to play at Gibbo.”
Mangombe added that he also plans to use his knowledge of Dynamos’ culture, tactics and players to help Triangle United lift the Chibuku Super Cup.
The coach was in charge of Dynamos last season before he was sacked.
