The PSL has charged Dynamos and members of its technical team for causing a twenty-minute delay to their Chibuku Super Cup final against Triangle United.
The delay occurred after Dynamos refused to play with Triangle United’s match balls. Normalcy was restored only after the Premier Soccer League intervened to resolve the dispute.
According to the PSL, technical team members Kelvin Kaindu, Thomas Ruzive, Takesure Chinyama and Thulani Muzambwa have all been charged in connection with the incident.
The PSL said in a statement:
“The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has summoned Dynamos FC and their technical officials; Kelvin Kaindu, Thomas Ruzive, Takesure Chinyama and Thulani Muzambwa to appear before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on charges of disorderly conduct which resulted in the delay of the match kick-off during their Chibuku Super Cup fixture against Triangle United FC played on 29 November 2025 at Gibbo Stadium.
“The club and its officials are accused of disturbing the normal proceedings of a match, failing to comply with lawful instructions and engaging in conduct deemed improper and likely to bring the League into disrepute in terms of the PSL Rules and Regulations.
“The disciplinary hearing is scheduled to take place on Thursday 11 December 2025 at 1730 hours at the PSL Offices.”
Dynamos won the match 1-0, clinching the Chibuku Super Cup for the third consecutive year after edging.
