Warriors forward Daniel Msendami has commented on transfer links connecting him with a move to Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.
The two Soweto giants reportedly began monitoring Msendami at the start of the season, but Marumo Gallants ultimately secured his signature.
Following his appearances for the Warriors at the Africa Cup of Nations, speculation has grown around his future ahead of the January transfer window.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Msendami said he has ambitions to play for big teams but is currently focused on his contract.
“We play in order to someday play for top clubs in top leagues, and I will keep on pushing and as time goes on I’ll get a better offer where I can go to showcase my talent.
“I don’t want to talk about my current contract. There was concrete interest in me before the season started, but if clubs were interested in me they would’ve taken me.
“For now, I’ll keep on pushing and try to score more goals in the league.”
