FC Platinum have announced the arrival of nine players, marking the first signings under new coach Joel Luphahla.

The Platinum Boys will be led by Luphahla in the new season after the club parted ways with long-time mentor Norman Mapeza.

As Luphahla’s tenure begins, FC Platinum have confirmed the signing of McKinnon Mushore, who worked with the coach at Simba Bhora last season.

The club has also secured the services of David Mangezi, Garikai Dematsika, Tadiwa Muchenje and Takunda Vereta.

Among the foreign recruits are Malawian international Maxwell Paipi, who joins from Silver Strikers, Namibian international Tjahikika Mbakondja, Ghanaian Emmanuel Dogbey and Cameroonian goalkeeper Ekoi Manfred.

Meanwhile, FC Platinum have also strengthened their technical team ahead of the 2026 season. Warren Mapanga has been appointed as the goalkeepers’ coach, Dillion Chivandire as the strength and conditioning coach, while Ashley Ndebele joins as head performance analyst and set-pieces coach.
