Former TelOne player Frank Bushiri has died in a car accident in Gweru.
He was 35.
Bushiri died after losing control of his vehicle and crashing on the outskirts of Gweru, along the Gweru–Harare Highway near Regina Mundi High School. He was alone in the car and died on the spot.
The midfielder was recently with Division One side Sheasham FC, which he joined in July last year.
Bushiri also played for TelOne and featured in the Warriors’ CHAN and COSAFA squads.
