Warriors international Sean Fusire is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines after picking up an injury.
Fusire suffered a hamstring issue and will be out for at least six weeks.
According to BBC Sport, the midfielder underwent a scan after the weekend’s game against Portsmouth.
The 20-year-old has suffered the setback after becoming a regular in the first team. He has made 21 league appearances and four more in cup games so far this season.
Fusire was also part of the Warriors squad at AFCON but missed some matches due to a fitness issue.
Meanwhile, Sheffield Wednesday are now without 14 first-team players through injury as they sit at the bottom of English Championship.
