The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed the Warriors’ fixture calendar for 2026.
The Zimbabwe national team will return to action for the first time this year during the March international break. The window will be headlined by the 2027 AFCON preliminary qualifiers, but Zimbabwe will not participate in these preliminary round matches.
After receiving a bye, there will be an opportunity for some friendly matches.
With the 2026 FIFA World Cup starting in June, the Warriors will only return to competitive action during the September international break, when the 2027 AFCON qualifiers resume at the group stage.
The qualifiers will continue until the November international break.
Meanwhile, the dates for this year’s 2026 COSAFA Cup are yet to be announced.
