The Warriors international featured as a central midfielder and operated in a more defensive role, making several key contributions.
He received a yellow card in the 90th minute for a bad foul on an opponent.
Fellow countryman Sean Fusire was not part of the Sheffield Wednesday squad due to injury.
In League One, Tawanda Chirewa was not part of the Barnsley team that lost 3–2 to Bolton Wanderers.
