Andrew Mbeba has made a decision on his future after Dynamos coach Genesis Mangombe expressed interest in signing him.
Mbeba had been locked in negotiations with his club, Highlanders, to extend his stay.
He was initially excluded from the 2026 season squad as both parties engaged in talks.
After reaching an agreement, Mbeba has now signed a three-year contract extension that will see him remain at the club until the end of the 2028 season.
Bosso confirmed in a statement: “The Club is delighted to confirm that defender Andrew Mbeba has officially committed his future to the club, signing a contract renewal that will keep him at the Club until December 2028.”
The decision comes after Dynamos coach Genesis Mangombe revealed on Thursday that they were monitoring the defender’s situation with a view to signing him.
He told reporters: “Andrew Mbeba is a good player; if it happens that we agree on the terms, he will be a good player we want to have in our squad.”
