Forward Tawanda Maswanhise started for Motherwell in their Scottish Premiership clash against Celtic on Saturday.
The Zimbabwe international led the line as Motherwell fell 3–1.
Maswanhise played in attack but was subdued for the majority of the game before being substituted late in the match.
Also in Scotland, defender Munashe Garananga was an unused substitute for Hibernian in the goalless draw against Livingston.
In France, Warriors midfielder Marshall Munetsi continued his involvement for Paris FC after recently joining the club on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Zimbabwe international played the entire match as a wide midfielder as Paris drew goalless against Strasbourg in Ligue 1.
In England, midfielder Marvelous Nakamba finally made his second appearance at Sheffield Wednesday after coming on as a 90th minute substitute in their 2–0 loss to Ipswich Town.
Nakamba had sat out a couple of games, having made just one appearance since arriving at the club during the January transfer window.
Teammate Sean Fusire started the match and played the entire game, while Ipswich’s Corbin Mthunzi was not part of the squad.
Meanwhile, some England-based Zimbabweans such as Tawanda Chirewa and Brendan Galloway remain sidelined as they continue their recovery from injuries.
Udinese full-back Jordan Zemura also missed Italian Serie A action due to injury.
Belgium-based winger Bill Antonio came on as a second-half substitute again as KV Mechelen edged Anderlecht in the Pro League.
