Millennium Heights Unveils Lifestyle-Driven Padel Courts

By Business Reporter — Millennium Heights is turning up the energy in Harare’s property market, with the launch of brand-new padel courts that bring its “live, work, shop and play” vision to life.

The courts officially opened over the weekend, with WestProp Holdings chief executive Ken Sharpe joining residents on the court in a symbolic show of the development’s lifestyle-first approach.

Padel, a fast-growing racket sport blending elements of tennis and squash, is gaining global traction for its accessibility and social appeal. Its introduction at Millennium Heights positions the development at the cutting edge of modern, community-centred living.

“These courts are more than just a sporting facility; they are a lifestyle statement,” said Sharpe. “They bring together fitness, fun and community, adding to the vibrant ecosystem we are building here.”

The padel courts form part of a broader lifestyle package, with plans already in motion for additional amenities including a swimming pool, skating park, gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, and dedicated cycling and walking tracks.

“We are sticking to our promise. We want this, and all our estates, to set the standard for luxury integrated lifestyle hubs,” Sharpe said.

In a further push to enhance convenience, WestProp is also introducing a laundry service facility, allowing residents to manage daily tasks seamlessly within the estate.

Beyond recreation, Millennium Heights is rapidly evolving into a fully integrated urban hub. At the heart of this transformation are the under-construction Radisson-managed apartments, set to deliver world-class hospitality and premium residential living.

The development blends luxury, convenience and community — offering hotel-style living within a dynamic, self-contained neighbourhood.

With the launch of the padel courts, WestProp is sending a clear message: Millennium Heights is not just about property — it’s about lifestyle, experience, and the future of urban living in Zimbabwe.
