Martial Arts Legend Chuck Norris Dies – Eduzim News

Chuck Norris, the former world karate champion who rose to global fame through a string of low-budget yet commercially successful action films, has died at the age of 86.

His family announced his passing in a message shared on social media, stating that Norris died on Thursday. “While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace,” the statement read.

Norris built his reputation in the late 1960s after winning multiple karate championships. His friendship with fellow martial artist Bruce Lee led to a memorable role in the 1972 film The Way of the Dragon, which helped launch his acting career.

He went on to star in several popular action films over the next two decades, including Invasion USA and The Delta Force. Norris also became a household name through the long-running television series Walker, Texas Ranger.
Beyond his work in entertainment, Norris gained attention for his outspoken support of conservative political causes.
