CAPS United coach Takesure Chiragwi has hailed his charges for their character in their 2-0 win over Hardrock in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League Matchday 4.
The Green Machine maintained a perfect start to the season, moving to twelve points.
The Harare giants played the match just two days after their trip to the Lowveld, where they faced Triangle United at Gibbo Stadium.
The gaffer said: “It was a tough match, the travelling made it worse. We had only two days to rest, but if you can fight, this is the character we want.
“Also coming out with a win after not playing well, what else do you want as a coach? I will just congratulate the boys and hopefully they will get enough rest ahead of the international break.”
The Harare giants got their goals from Ishmael Wadi in the 4th minute, before super-sub Allen Mukombedzi sealed the victory in the 85th minute.
The result handed Hardrock their first defeat of the season.
