Deadly Highway Horror: Two Killed in Harare–Bulawayo Road Crash
By A Correspondent -The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has confirmed a fatal road traffic accident that claimed two lives at the 260-kilometre peg along the Harare–Bulawayo Road on 25 March 2026 at approximately 3:50 PM.
According to police reports, a Ford Ranger travelling towards Kwekwe with one passenger on board was involved in a head-on collision with a Toyota Mark X carrying two passengers. The force of the impact caused the Toyota Mark X to spin and face the opposite direction before it was struck by an oncoming Honda Fit with four passengers.
Tragically, two passengers from the Toyota Mark X succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
Authorities are continuing investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
