Herentals Queens FC are the 2025 Zimbabwe Women’s Premier Soccer League (ZWPSL) champions for the fourth successive season after defeating Cranborne Bullets Queens 2-0 in a match played this afternoon.
The victory not only extended their dominance in the women’s league but also saw them match Black Rhinos Queens’ record of four league titles.
However, Herentals made history by becoming the first team to win the championship in four successive seasons.
Meanwhile, title contenders Chapungu Queens saw their campaign collapse in the second round after dropping crucial points in a series of matches that effectively ended their challenge for the championship.
Herentals will, however, complete their league fixtures with a rescheduled encounter against Platinum Royals on Wednesday before facing Black Rhinos Queens in their final match of the season.
