Champions Agama FC and runners-up N’ombeyawora dominates the 2025 Northern Region Soccer League (NRSL) Soccer Stars of the Season shortlist.
The duo contributes the highest number of nominees to the 20-man list released by the league this morning
The newly Premier Soccer League promoted-outfit, Agama FC has six players, same as N’ombeyawora a combined 12 nominees.
Agama’s nominees are in the form of Alec Chiombe, Grey Kufandada, Christopher Petros, Wilson Brown, Tinashe Balakasi, and Alex Zimunhu, all of whom played pivotal roles in the club’s strong finish.
N’ombeyawora has Maclive Phiri, Russell Chifura, Tadiwa Chibunyu, Junior Meya, Emmanuel Zinyama, and Praise Tonha.
Golden Eagles follow with three nominees—Danny Millias, Trevor Bhunu, and Munyaraadzi Mushanga.
The list also includes players from across the region, among them Ashwin Chihowa (Chinhoyi Rangers), Gift Mwinga(Chegutu Pirates), Marlon Maziriri (Harare City), Brandon Mpofu (MWOS U19), and Ignatius Mavende (Black Rhinos) to complete the top 20.
