Newly-appointed Warriors head coach Marian Marinica has announced a 51-man provisional Warriors squad for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The tournament will run from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.
The Warriors will open their campaign against Egypt’s Pharaohs on 22 December at the Grand Stade d’Agadir in the coastal city of Agadir, with kick-off set for 7 PM CAT.
They will then face Angola on Boxing Day (26 December) at the Grand Stade de Marrakech, before concluding their group stage matches against neighbours South Africa on 29 December, also in Marrakech.
The notable ommission is Khama Billiat, who was not included in the team.
Billiat also missed Marinica’s first two games in charge – the friendlies against Algeria and Qatar during the November international break.
Macauley Bonne has been named in the squad, his first provisional inclusion in over three years.
