Norman Mapeza has been appointed head coach of Scottland FC following his departure from FC Platinum.
He replaces Tonderai Ndiraya at the Zimbabwean champions and will lead the team into the new season, which includes their participation in the CAF Champions League.
Mapeza left FC Platinum at the end of the 2025 Castle Lager Premier Soccer League season last weekend, concluding a decade-long association with the club across two separate spells.
He finalised the deal on Thursday after a meeting with club owner Scott Sakupwanya and benefactor Wicknell Chivayo.
The gaffer’s manager, Gibson Mahachi, along with other senior club officials, was also present.
