Tawanda Maswanhise has scored his ninth league goal of the season after netting in Motherwell’s 2-0 win against St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.
The goal came in the 35th minute to break the deadlock. He received a through ball, made a well-timed run and slotted the ball into the far post.
The effort marked his 13th goal across all club competitions this season.
The Warriors international also made an assist in Motherwell’s second goal. He was subbed off in the 73rd minute.
Maswanhise was also on the scoresheet in his previous outing at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), meaning he has now scored in his last two consecutive games for club and country.
