Six teams have so far qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) quarter-finals.
Hosts Morocco are among the last eight teams, while no side from the COSAFA region managed to reach the quarter-finals after both Mozambique and South Africa were knocked out of the tournament in the Round of 16.
Egypt, Mali, Senegal, Cameroon and Nigeria are the confirmed quarter-finalists so far, with the final two teams to be decided on Tuesday in the remaining Round of 16 ties.
The quarter-final matches will be played from 9–10 January 2026, with the semi-finals scheduled for 13 January.
The tournament concludes with the final in Rabat on 18 January, when the champions will be crowned.
