Peter Ndlovu has officially been unveiled at Scottland FC.

Ndlovu joins the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League champions as their new team manager, replacing Tawanda Chidzidzi, who has been elevated to the position of vice chairman as part of a restructuring exercise at the club.

The former Warriors captain recently met with club benefactor Wicknell Chivhayo, alongside club president Scott Sakupwanya and head coach Norman Mapeza.

The appointment marks the first time Ndlovu has taken up a technical role in the domestic league and also signals his return to local football after more than a decade and a half away, having last featured for Highfield United and Black Mambas towards his retirement from playing football.

It also represents a reunion with Mapeza, with the pair having previously played together for the national team.

Meanwhile, Ndlovu was last with Mamelodi Sundowns, where he served as team manager until two years ago, before being assigned a new role that was never publicly clarified.
