Warriors striker Macauley Bonne is reportedly attracting interest from several English National League clubs following his departure from eighth-tier side Maldon & Tiptree.

According to Football Insider journalist Pete O’Rourke, a number of clubs are monitoring Bonne’s situation, with the Zimbabwe international also keen on securing a move.

O’Rourke wrote on X: “A number of National League clubs are eyeing a move for free agent Macauley Bonne. The former QPR and Ipswich forward is keen to find himself a new club after returning from representing Zimbabwe at the Africa Cup of Nations.”

The growing interest comes in the wake of Bonne’s performances at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.

He featured in all three of Zimbabwe’s group-stage matches at the tournament in Morocco and earned a starting place in the clash against Angola.
