Zimbabwe Women’s Premier Soccer League (ZWPSL) has released the fixtures for the 2026 season, with the league expected to start on April 4 and run through to November 30.
Defending champions Herentals will open their season away to Harare City Queens while debutants Ngezi Platinum Queens face off against Chapungu Queens.
Among the headline fixtures in the first round, Herentals will also clash with Chapungu Queens on Matchday 7 before taking on Correctional Queens on Matchday 9 and facing Black Rhinos Queens on Matchday 12.
An interesting rivalry between the two army-side teams, Chapungu Queens and Black Rhinos, is scheduled on Matchday 10.
The 2026 season will also feature four new teams, Rufaro Starlets Academy, Rise of Hope Academy, Lobengula City Queens, and Ngezi Platinum Queens, who were promoted from the Eastern, Central, Southern, and Northern regions, respectively.
Kwekwe Queens also joins the league, replacing Sheasham following their withdrawal from the league.
This therefore means there will be two teams from Kwekwe, namely Kwekwe United Queens and Kwekwe Queens.
