Khama Billiat speaks on new Scottland FC coach Norman Mapeza

Khama Billiat has spoken about the new Scottland FC coach Norman Mapeza and how the team is adjusting to his system.

Mapeza took over the reins at the defending champions ahead of the new season and has managed to guide the team to an unbeaten start to the campaign.

Mabviravira are currently in second place with eight points from four games.

Speaking on the Scottland FC podcast, Billiat commended Mapeza as a good coach, saying:

“So far so good, I think we started the season well. We dropped points (in our first two games), which is normal, but we got back on our feet and I believe we are now electric.

“I think we have the best squad and the coaches. We believe football is a process and we will have to work a lot of days together to start cruising and look forward to being on the right track.”

Scottland, who are four points behind leaders CAPS United, will face TelOne FC on Thursday.
