Tawanda Maswanhise has ended his goal drought in Motherwell’s 3-2 loss against Falkirk in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.
Maswanhise had spent the last three games without finding the back of the net, with his previous goal coming in a brace during a 2-1 win over Dundee United in late February.
He played the entire match and scored Motherwell’s second goal in the 90th minute.
The striker now has seventeen goals in his league season tally and currently sits at the top of the Scottish Premiership scoring chart, two clear of second-placed Benjamin Nygren of Celtic.
Meanwhile, the Saturday match marked Maswanhise’s return to full fitness after he missed the international window with a minor injury.
