Media personality Masechaba Ndlovu has announced her sudden departure from her role as anchor of the Weekend Report on Newzroom Afrika.
Taking to social media, Ndlovu revealed that she has stepped away from the position with immediate effect, bringing an abrupt end to her time on the weekend news show.
“Dear all, I have decided to step away from my role as anchor of the Weekend Report on Newzroom Afrika with immediate effect,” she wrote.
She went on to thank viewers who tuned in every weekend, acknowledging their support in helping grow the show’s success.
“To every viewer & to my supporters who woke up with me from 6am every Saturday & Sunday, thank you for making this show the success that it is,” she added.
