I stopped eating a lot of junk and replaced them with vegetables. I don\u2019t eat after seven and I gym every single day with my trainer. My personal trainer Luvuyo never gave up on me,\u201d he told TshisaLIVE.<\/p>\n<p>Beaming with pride, Carpo recently posted a video showing his before-and-after transformation, leaving fans inspired by his progress.<\/p>\n<p>His fitness journey began in July as part of his preparation for the highly anticipated Fill Up Toyota Stadium concert in Bloemfontein, hosted by his close friend and rapper Cassper Nyovest on December 6.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Cassper is also on his own fitness mission, and the two have been pushing each other to stay consistent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis whole journey started when Cassper announced \u2018Fill Up\u2019 and said we should do Fill Up fitness. I really want to look good and I\u2019m doing it for my health,\u201d Carpo shared.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGyming with Cassper, he is on this fitness journey with me because we\u2019re doing it for Fill Up. It\u2019s amazing having your friend supporting you on the journey and doing it together. We motivate each other every day and play a lot of tennis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Although the results are rewarding, Carpo admitted that the process hasn\u2019t been easy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most challenging part of my weightloss journey is not going out as I used to and not eating the burgers and chips which I like a lot,\u201d he confessed.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the challenges, his faith and determination keep him going.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s been driving me to do this is God. God pushes me and gives me the strength. I really want to go to 80kgs but my trainer says I\u2019m at a good weight now and should gain muscle.
