Where there is no equitable representation, intention should be there to reject such parties. Where there is women\u2019s representation and local government, again, there must be that deliberate intention that women must be adequately represented, otherwise we\u2019ll have a problem.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The Commission will be launching a series of its investigative and research reports.
